I will be dropping by on a weekly basis to share with you the message that has been shared with me for the week. To show us something to pay attention to and also the make little changes in our lives. To get to back to the simplicity of things in our lives!

This week it is all about being really connected to your day. To not just to do things because they have to been done, but do them because they are part of your day. This start of course with getting up, and take your time to wake up. If necessary just get up 5 minutes earlier. This will give you time to really wake up and get with your mind and body ready for the day. To start of the day connecting with ourselves instead of with the phone, TV, news or other things that are outside of us. To be connected with yourself will give you the opportunity to see what is really around you and not only pay attention to what you would like to have in the future or what has happened in the past. Don’t go and check out what others have been doing or what has happened to them. Check in where you are at and start building your day from there.

To start the day connected to this will give you a boost to stay working on your own to do list. It will keep you focussed on what needs to be done and even opens the door for your creativity to step in. Picking up a beat and sing a long with your own lyrics! To have solutions coming in for situations those are not working for you at this moment. This creates opportunity’s to do it differently and see what these new opportunity’s will bring you.

Have an amazing week. Let me know what you have pondered on as well.

Lots of love,

Renee
