“A daydream is a meal at which images are eaten. Some of us are gourmets, some gourmands, and a good many take their images precooked out of a can and swallow them down whole, absent-mindedly and with little relish.” ~ W.H. Auden

Day Dreaming it is just a wonderful thing to do! It is a great way to just get yourself relaxed and take a mini vacation.  Daydreaming is the best way to get your body to calm down and to think about all the things that you like to add into this world. The choices are limitless.  The other day I was waiting for the kids to get ready to go home and I just a few minute to take a break.  Sun was shining and the temperature wasn’t that hot. It felt really nurturing and my body started to calm down.  This was the perfect moment to have a little daydream of adventures I still like to come into my life.

The strangest thing I notice was that I was restricting myself in my daydream.  Was thinking about finally writing and meeting people all over the world, and then these thoughts came to me that this wasn’t possible.  The kids were too small for me to start traveling on my own.  Feelings of that it would be fair on the family.  What was this all about? Fear and self-doubt in my daydream?  Our Daydreams that is a place were we are in charge what ever we want to dream about.  If you would like to become the best candle maker of the world or read the most books of you family, dancing naked in your garden.  What ever it is and you’re not harming yourself while doing it, just go for it!  Sky is the limit.  If you’re not dreaming how is all this abundance every going to manifest it in you life.

The power is within us, so make it up. Dream big and include everything you would like to add in your life. Even if you think while reading this, I’m not sure what I would like to add. Think about what is it you’re missing at this moment? That is a good starting point to start day dreaming.  Let go of the feeling that you are over asking, that is never possible. It is all out there and you just need to tap into it.  So let’s go crazy and start adding it all to our dream. Let’s kick it of with Living in this wonderful home, with a beautiful garden. Having the kids running around and lots of animals to play with. The job we are doing is just so wonderful that it doesn’t feel like a job. Bills are paid as soon as they come in and there is help for every thing around the corner. We can travel if we want to or stay home and be with loved ones.  There are many more items to add, but I’m sure you at this point you don’t need any adding them.   I can feel the restriction going right at this moment.  There is no need to feel that we’re taking away from any one else.  There is more than enough to go around and share. If we don’t dream it all up who is going to?

Tell me all about your daydream today!

That is the beauty of daydreaming. The fact that you realize that there is a block in just going with your imagination. This shows you that it is you that is blocking this. Daydreaming gives you to manifest without any restriction. Every time you notice that you hit a block. Take a deep breath and just replace anything that is negative with the words “all will be well, I am in charge”. Enjoy the flow coming back to you

I find myself daydreaming when I least expect it, when I am not planning it. All myself engages in a journey of colours, scents, good feelings and bright pictures. It can happen when I am walking in the woods around my home, or when baking, reading a book or in the shower. It happens in those moments when I lose notion of time and space. I love it!

Thank you Renee for reminding us of the importance of daydreaming.
